Insurance Direct Collision Centres is the brainchild of Dennis Pacheco. He also happens to be the owner, manager, estimator and clean up guy! Having the owner on site and involved in your vehicle’s repair is a great form of quality control. He knows inside out what needs to be fixed since he is the one that assesses the damage and discusses it with you.
So, as he cleans your vehicle after repairs have been completed, he’s also checking to make sure that everything has been fixed to his standards. Those standards are quite high. We believe that word of mouth is one of the best ways to draw in new business. We also know it can hurt a business. So, our goal is to avoid the negative talk and make sure your experience is as good as it can be under the circumstances (we understand nobody really wants to be in need of our services).
To that end, our office staff will do their best to help you navigate the steps of the repair process and answer any questions you may have. We are also confident enough in our crack team of paint and body technicians to provide a lifetime warranty on their work. They have experience with both domestic and imported vehicles so whatever you’ve got we can help you out. If you make a wrong turn, make the right choice and come see us at Insurance Direct Collision Centres!
